A seasoned professional with more than 20 years' experience, Matt takes great pride in providing high-quality service to his clients. Throughout his career, Matt has managed a wide variety of projects ranging in value from $100,000 to more than $20 million, advancing corporate and community economic development initiatives. Working with both private- and public-sector clients, Matt has helped secure funding for large- and small-scale projects throughout the Commonwealth, including projects in Philadelphia, Wilkes-Barre, Harrisburg, and Lycoming County.


Matt’s primary areas of focus include the Multimodal Transportation Fund and the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program, two popular Pennsylvania grant programs. His expert analysis is especially useful when navigating the complex intricacies of programs such as these, helping clients leverage private capital investment to acquire public funding for project advancement. His ability to analyze complex data and translate it into easily understood concepts is invaluable in presenting clear, coherent options that advance clients’ strategic goals and objectives.


Matt understands that each project is unique and requires special attention to detail. Working in close coordination with the client’s project team, Matt assists with outreach to government agencies and executive and legislative offices, helping to build relationships, garner support, and provide guidance on project viability. By strategizing and recommending viable options for project funding, Matt supports his clients through every step of the public funding process, from application submission to award of funding to drawdown of grant funds.


In his free time, Matt is an avid reader on a wide variety of topics and is a volunteer with Salvation Army.
